Melissa Stutley
Couples Therapy, Individual Therapy
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams in the corporate world. I understand how easy it is to appear successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. I work with high-achieving men and women who often carry a lot, professionally and personally. You may find yourself overthinking, putting others’ needs ahead of your own, or questioning your worth despite everything you have accomplished. Over time, this can lead to burnout, strained relationships, and a growing disconnect from what you truly want. In our time together, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to untangle these patterns. We will explore what’s driving the pressure, build awareness around people-pleasing and self-worth, and help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling way of living and working. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I focus on helping you build insight, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful, lasting change. I am also trained to work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild connection, and feel more secure in their relationship.
How It Began
